Weekly curated native ingredients on subscription — personalised to your family.
First delivery is a Welcome Crate built around your kitchen needs.
Routine is editable 48 hours before each delivery via WhatsApp.

Membership Plans

Veedu ₹399/mo — single family, full catalog, weekly delivery.
Illam ₹299/family/mo — 3–5 families, shared savings, individual billing.
Kulam ₹199/family/mo — 6–10 families, bulk pricing, coordinated delivery.
Marabu — 10+ families, custom plan — contact us.

Payments

No payment required to start your first conversation or Welcome Crate quote.
Payment collected before or on delivery — confirmed via WhatsApp.
Prices may vary seasonally and are always communicated before delivery.

Cancellations & Pauses

Pause or cancel anytime — no penalty, no fee.
Pause a delivery: notify us 48 hours before scheduled date.
Cancellations after dispatch cannot be processed for that cycle.

Quality Commitment

All ingredients are farm-verified with documented origin. If an item falls short of our standards, we replace it. Seasonal availability may affect some items — substitutions are always communicated.

Liability

Please inform your team of any dietary restrictions or allergies before your first delivery. Poorana Nalam is not liable for reactions if health conditions were not disclosed at onboarding.

If something is wrong with your delivery, we make it right — no long forms, no waiting. One WhatsApp message is all it takes.

What We Replace or Refund

✓ Items that arrive damaged, spoiled, or wrong.
✓ Items missing from your confirmed delivery list.
✓ Quality clearly not matching the description (e.g. cold-pressed oil with no aroma).
✓ First Welcome Crate that doesn't match your onboarding discussion.
~ Partial Seasonal substitutions — if unwanted, we remove and adjust invoice.
✗ No Opened/used items, returns without prior notice, or change of mind after delivery.

How to Raise an Issue

Send a brief photo of the item — helps us work with our farm partners.
We respond same day and arrange replacement or credit.

Refund Method

Typically processed as credit toward your next delivery — faster and simpler.
Cash/UPI refunds available on request within 3–5 business days.

Subscription Cancellation

Cancel anytime — no fee. Any pre-paid amount will be refunded or credited. Just message us on WhatsApp.

Your information is used only to manage your kitchen routine. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for advertising or marketing.

Delivery address — to coordinate your weekly delivery.
Dietary preferences and health notes — to curate your crate appropriately.

Your data is stored securely. We are in the process of connecting a Supabase backend for routine management — all data will remain private and encrypted.
